14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria, and conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users from the EU or California are additionally protected by relevant consumer and data laws applicable in their jurisdictions.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or are engaged in harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
